I have been attending Linda's Reformer Classes for a few years now and feel she is a highly trained instructor. Linda has a professional approach with a build up each week from the previous session, strengthening each muscle group as in the Pilates charts but with whimsy to make it enjoyable, as well. I noticed results almost immediately! With so man7 positions and approaches, I am never bored with a workout - and then there is the "glorious Mermaid!"

I feel so privileged to have found Peak Fit Life Center. Linda's training and knowledge of Stott Pilates have had a major positive impact that I felt almost immediately. I have a spinal injury and Linda's conservative, therapeutic approach has made a positive difference in my daily life. After one session in particular, using isometrics, I felt as if I'd just had a 90-minute massage!

We all need some inspiration every now and again -
Maybe it is the cute little dress you bought for summer you are dying to wear, but you will need to tone those arms to really rock it. Maybe you want to see toned, lean legs in shorts this summer. Or perhaps you want to have better posture so that you look 5 lbs lighter?
We all have changes we want to see and feel when it comes to wellness. It really comes down to:
Once you choose, take a chance for a change - you must make a commitment to see it though! Put it on yourself. Be accountable to your dreams. You can make them your reality, one day at a time...
I challenge anyone who shares their Spring Fitness Goal with me, and makes it this quarter, I will give them a 2 week free class pass to maintain their momentum!
Anyone who agrees to take 3 classes or more each week will 'earn' a free spot in the Pilates Reformer Intro Class(es). If anyone purchase a 20 class card this quarter, they can use them for any class on the schedule - including Intro to Reformer! See attached Spring Group Exercise Schedule.
