 Pilates 
Reformer Pilates 
Pilates exercises on specialized machines to increase intensity    
Semi-private or individual Personal Training on the Reformer V2 Max, 
​Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel

Mat Pilates
Classical Core Conditioning designed to improve posture, muscle balance, & back strength 
Peak Barre Sculpt 
Using an interval method, light weights and a ballet bar to define muscles and improve flexibility 

Cardio Barre Sculpt
20 mins of low impact dance followed by 40 minutes of bar sculpt and flexibility training 
                      Cardio Core Ball
60 minute class using Flexiballs, & weighted balls, kettlebells
to enhance strength and balance              
Zumba
Cardio fitness dance, easy to follow – a happy, healthy addiction!

Perfect for any person who wants to make big fitness gains in 2017! Pick a Summer or Fall Event to enter: Linda will work with you to create the perfect training regimen for you to achieve your goal - safely and effeciently!
