About Linda

Congratulations on your first step to achieving your personal peak fitness level! My name is Linda May Sieck and since 1988 I have helped individuals improve their health and vitality. As a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, I have created countless health improvement plans for individuals just like you. Additionally, I am certified in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba Latin Fitness Dance, Zumba STRONG, Spinning, Barre Above, and TRX suspension training. Through the Arthritis Foundation, I am a certified Arthritis Exercise Instructor. Additionally, I hold a Senior Conditioning Specialist certification.
I provide fitness instruction in a variety of settings in addition to my North Sudbury studio. Corporate classes take my offerings to the workplace. In addition, I have taught in the Physical Education Department at Wellesley College since 2002, collegiate level. I present seminars on health and wellness topics in corporate settings and hospitals. My varied background allows me to utilize a holistic approach to motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals in a positive, progressive, fun environment.
